Joan has been practicing dental hygiene since 1982. She has two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys the great outdoors of the Reno/Tahoe area. Her main interests outside of work are horseback riding, rodeos, trail rides, and cattle drives.

Joan’s favorite horse is Bella, whom she loves to ride through the deserts and mountains of the Nevada wild. Her favorite vacation spot is Yellowstone National park, which she visits annually.
